The 3M™ Roloc™ 785C fibre disc provides a high cutting performance and long life on medium pressure applications. Grinding aid reduces heat build-up to give a cooler cut on heat sensitive metals. Benefiting from the Roloc™ quick change system, discs can be changed quickly and easily.

We also incorporate a grinding aid into the disc to help keep the workpiece cooler, protecting heat-sensitive alloys from heat damage. These features along with a stiff fiber backing make the 785C a good choice for heavy-duty grinding on metals such as stainless steel. The quick and easy Roloc TR attachment system works with a Roloc TR disc pad to make changing discs as easy as a quick twist to remove and a quick twist to attach the next disc.3M™ ceramic abrasive grain is a ceramic mineral designed using a our proprietary process which enhances hardness and toughness. For increased performance, 3M™ Roloc™ Fibre Disc 785C TR products feature aluminum oxide blended with 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain yielding excellent performance on any metal. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends surpass regular aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability, making them an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.Fiber discs are heavy-duty discs with a rigid, resinous fiber backing that resist wear and are designed for weld removal and general grinding and blending (smaller discs for smaller welds, larger discs for medium welds). Their durability makes them ideal for all but the most aggressive applications.Our 3M™ Roloc™ TR quick change discs have a plastic threaded button or screw designed to easily and quickly attach to a Roloc TR disc pad (sold separately) so that your can conveniently change discs with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion. The Roloc TR system provides a secure attachment, and the variety of available 3M Roloc discs allows swapping from one application to the next in seconds. Each TR attachment button is also color-coded, making it easy to identify the grade required for different applications.
