3M™Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive 807 is an acrylic adhesive with high overlap shear and peel strength with good impact resistance and durability. This adhesive bonds well to many metals, woods and most plastic surfaces with minimal surface preparation.

Adheres with Minimal Preparation 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive 807 is able to perform on the most difficult surfaces, even with minimal surface preparation. It offers good shear and peel strength and that makes it ideal for industrial applications where permanent, high-strength bonding of similar and dissimilar surfaces is a requirement. It will effectively bond wood, ceramic, plastic and most metals. Our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive 807 offers a non-sag, moderate viscosity formula that won't slump or sag excessively when applied, allowing for precise application while ensuring your adhesive remains directly where you apply it, even on vertical surfaces. Recommended Applications Joining Bonding Gluing Assembling Sealing Two Parts, One Common Bond The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing, and with a three- to five-minute working time there's some opportunity for repositioning. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20-minutes and is fully cured in 24 hours (at 72°F/22°C). Easy Adhesion with Acrylic Acrylic adhesives are two-part adhesives that provide excellent bond strength and durability, although generally slightly lower than epoxy adhesives. However, they have several features that make them easier to use, including a much faster cure speed, higher tolerance for oily bonding surfaces and the ability to bond a wide variety of materials, including nearly all plastics. Newer acrylic adhesive formulations are room temperature stable with a long shelf life.
